- Multi-class offer: Book 6 sessions and receive 10% off any additional sessions thereafter.
After booking your sixth class, you’ll receive a discount code by email to use on your next booking.
Refunds & Transfers
- Please note that all tickets are non-refundable, and sales are final.
- If you’re no longer able to attend a booked class, and there is space available, you may transfer your ticket to another available session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. To request a transfer, please call 01527 86000.
Event Cancellation
- Webbs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, severe weather, or low booking numbers.
- In the event of cancellation by Webbs, all affected ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.
Participant Acknowledgement and Waiver
- By purchasing a class ticket, you confirm the following:
- You are physically fit to take part and have no medical conditions preventing participation.
- You exercise at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your well-being.
- You have consulted your doctor, if needed, and received medical clearance to attend.
- You understand that Sophie Ward Wellness, Webbs Garden Centres and their team members are not responsible for any injury sustained before, during or after the session.
Youth Participation
- Attendees aged 13–15 may attend unaccompanied, provided a completed youth waiver has been submitted.
- Attendees 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult and have a completed youth waiver.
- All participants under 16 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
Liability Disclaimer
By attending this event, you agree to release Sophie Ward Wellness, Webbs Garden Centres, and all associated owners, directors, managers and employees from any liability relating to:
- Injury to yourself or your child
