There’s a merry muddle at the North Pole! Dr. Tinselstein — festive inventor and old friend of Santa — was just popping by for a catch-up when his Christmas Time Machine malfunctioned in the snow! Now the entire North Pole has been flung into different eras of Christmas, from the frosty past to the far-off future!
To get everything back on track, we need one thing: festive energy — laughter, kindness, singing, and fun!
Tickets are allocated by child. If 7 tickets are remaining for a session, there are 7 child tickets available to see Santa in that slot.
Any number of adults can be added on top of the child tickets.

Nestled under the trees within The Enchanted Festive Fayre our cosy horsebox provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. Festoon lighting creates a magical ambience as you relax and enjoy night-time views with your family and friends. Festive music will play throughout the gardens, and a wonderful selection of food will be available from our nearby street vendors. To complete your evening, enjoy marshmallow toasting over our fire pits opposite the horsebox!

The perfect half-term fun for kids this Halloween... Bring your little ones along for this fun pumpkin carving activity. This is great for kids of all ages to get creative but most of all have fun, children can even come dressed in their Halloween fancy dress to make the occasion even spooookier.
Children will choose their own pumpkin, scoop it out and carve their own spooky design ready to be lit up at home. We ask that parents are on hand to help younger children carve their pumpkins. We provide the pumpkins, tea lights and carving equipment*
*Carving equipment not to be taken away on the day.

Wychbold: Hygge Dining Igloos 2025
Snuggle up with family and friends, in your own private Webbs Hygge Igloo! Our cosy Igloos are situated in the terrace garden at the back of the restaurant at Wychbold and seat up to 6 guests per pod. Please note these have moved from the gardens so we can offer a hot food option.
Igloos are available to book for 4, 5 or 6 guests at £25/£30 per head. Extra drinks are available to pre-order or can be purchased on the evening. All igloos will be themed Wizard of Oz, and come with their own heater and Bluetooth speaker for you to connect your own tunes.

Join us for Story Time and singing with our storyteller Helen! Having worked as a teacher for many years, she loves working with preschool children & their families to bring stories to life.
Story Time runs from 9:30am to 10:30am. During these times, Helen will entertain your children with stories and singing. You will have to enter the restaurant at Wychbold and tell the member of staff that you are there for Story Time, they will then show you to your seats. Ideal for children aged 2 – 7 years (the content of these sessions is subject to change based on age and numbers of children present).
Afternoon Tea at Webbs 2025
Join us in our restaurants at Webbs and treat yourself to a little indulgence with our delicious Afternoon Tea.
Our Afternoon Tea is always seasonal and reflects local, quality ingredients; from our light and fluffy mini scones served with clotted cream and jam to handmade sandwiches. We’ll lay the table with our finest china and warm the beautiful traditional teapots.
Our tea is award-winning, always whole rolled leaves and picked by a real person. If you’d like decaffeinated, Earl Grey, or a broader choice, just let us know at the time.
Wychbold: Mobility Access
We are pleased to be able to provide a number of mobility chairs for hire. These need to be booked in advance to avoid any disappointment.
We offer:
- Manual wheelchairs. They are designed with smaller, puncture-proof wheels for areas of terrain that could be a little more challenging. The handles are at attendant height, with brakes for ease of manoeuvring. The seat itself has an improved backrest and is angled to prevent slouching. They are safe for use up to 18 stone / 115Kg user weight.
