Wychbold: Autumn Release Mindful Movement and Sound Bath 2026
Welcome in the Autumn Equinox with a restorative Sunday afternoon of mindful movement and sound therapy, led by Shelley from Sounds Omazing, held in our cosy, fairy-lit tipi, overlooking Flora Fields.
The session will release tension, ground you into the present moment, and create space for renewal. Finish with a complimentary autumnal beverage to restore and replenish.

What to bring:
Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to feel cosy during the sound bath, such as a jumper, socks, eye mask, a cushion, or a blanket.
