What time are the shows?
10.30am, 1.00pm & 3.00pm each day

How long is the show?
60 minutes (approx.)

How much are the tickets?
£8.50 per person (adult or child)

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, wheelchair users can access the Big Top. Please arrive 30 minutes before the show and it would be helpful if you can advise us in advance of your access requirements.

Are seats allocated?
No, seats are not allocated in the Big Top.

Can young babies get in free?
Yes, babes in arms who don’t need their own seat can get in free of charge.

Can I take in a pram/pushchair?
Yes, prams & pushchairs are allowed into the Big Top but these must be left inside the entrance. They cannot be parked next to your seats due to limited space.

Where are the nearest toilets?
Toilets are located at the back of the store by the café.

Where can we buy food and drink?
Tequila Circus will be selling a selection of popcorn and drinks; food and drink will also be available from our restaurant.

Terms & Conditions

If a suitable alternative date or time is available for the same event, tickets can be transferred free of charge in your account. Transferring tickets can be done at home by logging into ‘My Account’ at webbsevents.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem, please call 01527 860000.

We regret tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. We will only cancel the event in exceptional circumstances or where the weather is at a high level of risk making it unsafe to continue. If this is the case, you will be advised by the earliest opportunity and all tickets can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in these circumstances only.

Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. 

One free carer ticket is available free of charge per disabled visitor. All free carer tickets must show relevant proof at the door. The following are accepted: 1. Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book – (dated within the last 12 months). 2. Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award – (dated within the last 12 months). 3. In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) 4. A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
