Instructions

Please arrive promptly at the entrance of the Haunted House, located outside the plant area, at the time of your session booking. If you turn up late, we cannot guarantee entrance as sessions are full and squeezing people in affects the experience for others. If you are the last slot of the day and are late, you will not be granted entry as we cannot keep everyone else in your group waiting and there will be no further sessions on that day available to accommodate you. Therefore, please be punctual. Our team will need to scan your booking QR code to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. If you are unable to do either of these, please bring your booking reference number to the event at the time of your session.

If you wish to visit the restaurant during your visit, then please leave plenty of time or visit after your Haunted House experience.
