West Hagley: Christmas Grotto 2025

Tickets are allocated by child. If 7 tickets are remaining for a session, there are 7 child tickets available to see Santa in that slot. If you have 2 children and 1 ticket is remaining for that session, you will need to select a different session time.

Please note: All attendees - including every adult and every teenager aged 13+ - must have their own valid ticket. Tickets must be booked in advance. A maximum of four adults per booking.

Instructions

Please arrive promptly at the entrance to the Christmas Grotto at the time of your session booking. Our team will need to scan your booking barcode to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. If you are unable to do either of these, please bring your booking reference number to the event at the time of your session. We can get extremely busy during November and December, so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park and make your way to the centre before entering the Grotto.

Terms & Conditions

If space is available, tickets can be transferred once free of charge up until the day before by logging into your account at webbsevents.co.uk.
We regret that tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. We will only cancel the event in exceptional circumstances where the weather is at a high level of risk, making it unsafe to continue. If this is the case, you will be advised at the earliest opportunity, and all tickets can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in these circumstances only.
