West Hagley: Christmas Grotto 2024

A fantastic, festive journey...
Wander through our traditional Christmas Grotto at Webbs,West Hagley with winter scenes and surprises around every corner - it might even snow! Children can post their letters to Santa before mixing their own reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. Then it's time to see Santa in his cosy cabin to complete the magical experience before choosing a toy.

This year children can choose from a range of toys, including a craft box, board games and teddies.

Instructions

Please arrive promptly at the entrance to the Christmas Grotto at the time of your session booking. Our team will need to scan your booking QR code to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. If you are unable to do either of these please bring your booking reference number to the event at the time of your session. We can get extremely busy during November and December so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park and make your way to the centre before entering the Grotto.

Terms & Conditions

If space is available, tickets can be transferred once free of charge up until the day by logging into your account at webbsevents.co.uk.
We regret tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. We will only cancel the event in exceptional circumstances where the weather is at a high level of risk making it unsafe to continue. If this is the case, you will be advised by the earliest opportunity and all tickets can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in these circumstances only.
