Instructions
Please ensure you turn up for your allocated slot no more than 5-10 minutes before.
If you miss your allocated time, we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide a new time as our grotto does get very sold out.
Your own photography and filming is not permitted in Santa's Lounge but is permitted everywhere else in the grotto - please be careful not to film children other than your own due to safeguarding reasons.
Food & drinks can be bought in the on-site restaurant.
Terms & Conditions
We regret tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. We will only cancel the event in exceptional circumstances where the weather is at a high level of risk making it unsafe to continue. If this is the case, you will be advised by the earliest opportunity and all tickets can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in these circumstances only. If your child is sick on the day, we are happy to provide a get-well-soon letter and gift from Santa. Please email us at customers@webbs.co.uk or call 01527 86000 to arrange.
