Millets Farm: Christmas Grotto 2022

See what's in store for our NEW 2022 experience:

On arrival at the North Pole, you'll be greeted by Snowball Sammy who will tell you all about the polar bears from the North Pole, and their pen pal penguin friends from the South Pole. There will be time for fun and games with our playful elf before it’s off to make reindeer food with Reindeer Ronnie.

Then it’s time to see the big man himself... you will have individual family time with Santa in his cosy living room and one of his elves will capture the perfect festive photo. Children will be able to choose a toy from our large selection in the Toy Workshop.

Then onto Mrs Christmas' Kitchen where the little ones will be able to decorate their very own gingerbread biscuit*. Our team of elves will entertain you and get everyone in the festive mood with lots of singing and dancing!

You will leave the experience with a special Christmas Eve cookie plate or a bespoke Webbs Santa's Grotto jigsaw for you to treasure for years to come. *One per session booked.

This year’s experience lasts around 45 minutes

*We will endeavour to have an alternative biscuit or an alternative activity available for any children who suffer with allergies.

Instructions

Please ensure you turn up for your allocated slot no more than 5-10 minutes before.
If you miss your allocated time, we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide a new time as our grotto does get very sold out.
Food & drinks can be bought in the on-site restaurant.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds & transfers
A £1 administration fee will be applied to all ticket refunds and exchanges. This £1 charge applies per person. A request for a refund must be made a full 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking and for one of the reasons outlined in our FAQs. The final decision is at the discretion of Webbs management. A refund request made after this time will not be processed. Any ticket refunds that are permitted will be processed within 7 working days.

Transferring tickets can be done at home logging into ‘My Account’ at webbsevents.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem please call 01527 860000.
