Santa needs you! Are you naughty or nice?...
Hey there! We've got a Christmas crisis at the North Pole! Mervin Sneakybottom, the very mischievous elf, has swiped Santa's Nice List! Now we're in a tinsel tangle trying to figure out which children deserve presents. Can you help us sort this mess out?

Step into a winter wonderland with Sammy Snowball! You'll meet a whole host of North Pole friends from waddling penguins to a cuddly mama polar bear. Just remember if you hear Sammy tell a joke, it's best to laugh if you want to be on the Nice List!

Visit the reindeer stables and mix up some magical reindeer food. Don't forget the recipe is top secret - we don't want you ending up on the naughty list for spilling the beans!

Visit Santa in his cosy living room, share your Christmas wishes and have your photo taken with Santa and choose a special toy (if you can convince Santa you've been extra good this year!)

Finally Mrs Claus' is tied up hunting high and low for the 'Nice List' and the Christmas cookie decorating is a bit behind, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in icing the biscuits! Remember, licking the spoon is a surefire way to end up on the naughty list - but we won't tell if you don't!

P.S. Keep an eye out for Mervin Sneakybottom! If you spot him trying to replace the star on the Christmas tree with a rubber chicken, you'll earn extra Nice List points for alerting the other elves!

This year children can choose from a range of toys, including Plush teddies, craft boxes and board games. For babies there are Baby Shark Bathtime puzzles or soft toys.

Instructions

Please arrive promptly at the entrance to the Christmas Grotto at the time of your session booking. Our team will need to scan your booking barcode to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode. If you are unable to do either of these please bring your booking reference number to the event at the time of your session. We can get extremely busy during November and December so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park and make your way to the centre before entering the Grotto.

Terms & Conditions

If space is available, tickets can be transferred once free of charge up until the day by logging into your account at webbsevents.co.uk.
We regret tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. We will only cancel the event in exceptional circumstances where the weather is at a high level of risk making it unsafe to continue. If this is the case, you will be advised by the earliest opportunity and all tickets can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in these circumstances only.
