Cheltenham: Christmas Grotto 2022

A fantastic, festive journey...wander through our traditional Christmas Grotto at Webbs, Cheltenham with winter scenes, surprises around every corner and the opportunity for children to meet Santa in his cosy cabin. Children can also decorate their own Gingerbread Man biscuit to take home.*

Santa is keen to ensure that his home at the North Pole doesn't melt. Therefore, for the gift, he has selected a range of zero-waste, sustainably sourced Playpress Pop-out Sets* for your little one to choose from. Alternatively, take home a limited-edition, Webbs 100-piece jigsaw featuring Santa and his elves at their North Pole home. Santa commissioned his own portrait for this jigsaw; he feels they have captured his likeness rather well! Perfect fun for cosy, family evenings around the table.

Instructions

Please ensure you turn up for your allocated slot no more than 5-10 minutes before.
If you miss your allocated time, we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide a new time as our grotto does get very sold out.
Babes in arms do not need a ticket, as long as you do not wish them to have a present. If you require them to have a present, please book a child ticket.
Food & drinks can be bought in the on-site restaurant.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds & transfers
A £1 administration fee will be applied to all ticket refunds and exchanges. This £1 charge applies per person. A request for a refund must be made a full 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking and for one of the reasons outlined in our FAQs. The final decision is at the discretion of Webbs management. A refund request made after this time will not be processed. Any ticket refunds that are permitted will be processed within 7 working days.

Transferring tickets can be done at home logging into ‘My Account’ at webbsevents.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem please call 01527 860000.
