When you arrive, please check in directly at Flora Fields at the top of the car park (If driving, you will need to turn right as you drive in). Please arrive with your booking confirmation ready on paper or mobile.

If you have pre-ordered picnics, these will be ready to be collected from the airstream by The Riverside Gardens - a two-minute walk from the dahlia field. You can collect your picnic before your Flora Fields visit or afterwards and it can either be consumed inside the dahlia field, in any of the tipis, or in the Riverside Gardens.

Smoking or vaping / e-cigarettes is not permitted in the gardens or within any of the tents.

This is an outdoor event, please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the elements.

Dogs are not allowed into Flora Fields unless they are a guide dog.

The toilet is located next to the double tipi at The Riverside Gardens.

Food and drink are available from the airstream by the tipis, there is seating inside.

Please note only cards or mobile transactions are accepted at Flora Fields catering venues (no cash). The airstream will close an hour after the last session starts.

The path is gravel and undulating in some places and may be difficult for the less mobile or those in wheelchairs. Please call us on 01527 860000 to discuss your individual requirements.
